State government is the largest employer in Idaho and one of the major employers in District 18. Policymakers have a duty to the taxpayers to ensure that our public services are delivered efficiently and with the least cost possible.  As a former manager at a large state agency, Senator Kelly has a unique understanding of the challenges facing the state of Idaho as an employer.
